What this service involves
Annual review, physical health monitoring and medication continuation for people already stable on ADHD medication, particularly those whose GP practice has declined a shared care agreement. This service is not yet open, for the same registration reason set out above. Enquiries are welcome and will be answered when the service opens.
Who this is for
Adults already established on ADHD medication who have lost or been refused shared care.

All services are delivered by a UK registered nurse and independent prescriber holding current NMC registration, enhanced DBS and professional indemnity. Educational and advisory services do not include diagnosis. Services involving direct prescribing to private patients are subject to Care Quality Commission registration and are marked accordingly.
