Clinical governance and pathway design support
Support designing safe ADHD and neurodiversity pathways, procedures and documentation for services setting up or scaling.
What this service involves
Practical support for organisations building or expanding a neurodiversity service. We write and review standard operating procedures for titration, physical health monitoring, controlled drug governance, shared care transfer, non attendance and disengagement, and escalation routes for clinical risk. We also review documentation templates so that what your clinicians record protects both the patient and the service. This is the work that gets skipped when a service scales quickly, and it is usually the work that causes the problem eighteen months later.
Who this is for
New private providers, Right to Choose organisations expanding capacity, digital health companies entering ADHD care, and established services preparing for inspection.
What you receive
Written procedures or reviewed versions of your existing ones, documentation templates, a gap analysis against current national guidance, and a written summary of recommendations in priority order.
Format and duration
Project based, scoped and quoted after an initial discussion. Remote.
Booking for this service opens shortly. Enquiries welcome.
All services are delivered by a UK registered nurse and independent prescriber holding current NMC registration, enhanced DBS and professional indemnity. Educational and advisory services do not include diagnosis. Services involving direct prescribing to private patients are subject to Care Quality Commission registration and are marked accordingly.
